　　（fourth）Chinese national development and Reform Commission and the Pakistan planning development and reform department signed a Pakistan Economic Corridor under the development of Pakistan No. 1 railway upgrading transformation and new memorandum of understanding Harvey even Miss Hong Kong cooperation project. The China National Railway Administration and the Ministry of Railways of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan signed the framework agreement on the implementation of the upgrading of the Pakistan No. 1 railway trunk line and the construction of the Harvey port project.
